what do i need to do to get a quick claim deed. Can an indival person put a claim on a will that needs to be probated if the bill has all ready been paid?

There is no such thing as a "quick claim deed" so, no, you can't do anything to get one. Otherwise, you appear to think we know the subject of the deed, the purpose of the deed, what "claim" you are talking about, what "bill," and every other important fact. There is no such thing as a "quick claim deed."

There is something called a quitclaim deed. You would not want to attempt that because of the legal and tax consequences without a lawyer.

There is no such thing as a claim on a will, so you need to repost with actual facts to get an answer. (And tell us what bill you mean).
