Do I need a real estate attorney in addition to real estate agent to sell residence and split the proceeds among spouses so that I can avoid a divorce.?

Your question doesn't make any sense. Whose divorce are talking about? How does selling a house avoid a divorce?

Although nothing in your question makes any sense, I can say that no one should sell (or buy) real estate without a lawyer at least reviewing, if not actually drafting, all the paperwork.
