Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
How do I return a car I have to a deceased friends estate, if the person in charge of will not return my calls or emails. Do not have an address just his phone and email

Really, if you have a phone, then someone should be able to get the address for you. You can try doing a free search and see if you can find the person. If not, then you can pay at a site like intelius, but the results may or may not be accurate. You can always hire a private investigator if you live in a county/state other than where the estate is pending.
But another way is to go to the courthouse where the estate is probated. Wills and estate files are a matter of public record. The documents should give you the name and address for the executor or the attorney for the estate. Also, if an estate is probated, the executor will have to publish notice in the newspaper. Look in the legal notices section of the paper - that may also be a place where an address is listed.
If no will is submitted for probate, then whoever you are calling and emailing is not in charge. The executor does not officially get put in charge until they probate an estate. And it is not very responsible for an executor to refuse to accept return of the deceased's property. They are running a huge risk if something happens to it. As are you if you continue to drive this vehicle and something happens to it.
If I were you, I would find the executor's contact information as soon as possible and deliver them possession of the vehicle.
