Is a Revocable Trust and Wills drafted in AZ valid in GA??

Possibly, although there would be no way to know without reading it. However, even if valid, it will not be optimal as it will lack references to Georgia law that may minimize probate costs and simplify things. You'd want it looked it, and possibly redone.
