Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

I am seeking to modify guardianship and conservatorship of my biological father the current guardian/conservator is not related and has submitted a background check from 1998 to the judge in a motion to object( I have a clear FBI investigation report). He is an executive director of a company that has been dissolved since 2005 and he is still using the name of the company. My dad and guardian lives in Michigan and I live in Georgia. What can I do?

If your father resides in Michigan and the guardianship is established there, then you need an attorney in the county in Michigan in which the guardianship was established. No Georgia licensed attorney can assist (unless he or she is licensed to practice law in Michigan) as each state's laws are different.
