Settling an estate
If a person dies and there is no will.
- Is there an excitor to that estate?
- What is the proper legal steps to
settling that estate?
- If one claims to be an excitor and cannot/willnot produce a will what is the prpoer legal action to take?

If there is no will, an administrator must be appointed. If this is about you, see a lawyer immediately.
