Show me the will

Father passed away mother says to me move in my house I am moving in with your sister. 2 mos later my sister says to me move out the house is mine I have a will that Dad left. But my sister refuses to produce the will. What do I do??

Stay put until she produces the will. However, if no will is ever produced and your mother changes her mind and says "move out," you will then need to. HCW
