Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

If my sibling went after my dad's death and got power of attnory over mother's esate. Sibling is legally recieving check from government for being mentally incapabable. Is she able to hold power with her condition????

First, your question is confusing. You need to consult with a local attorney to go over all the facts. The best I can offer to you is that a power of attorney expires upon the death of the person who gave it. As to other issues involving the estate, as I said, consult with a local attorney.
