Sibling owes money to estate

I am one of seven siblings that will eventually inherit a share of my father's estate. One sibling has borrowed $80,000 from my father over the years and has not paid him back. My father mentions this from time to time. What can the rest of us do to be sure that sibling gets a lesser share of dad's estate?

You can do very little. It's your father's decision to make.

Your father, if he chooses, can address that question completely in his will. He should see a lawyer if he is concerned.
