I am the sole heir and administrator of a will. I was left property (land) in the will. How do I get it put in my name?

If you have a will you'd be the executor (not administrator).

In most cases you would need to probate the will, advertise to creditors, and, after settling claims, have a lawyer draft an Assent to Devise and record it.
