what is the standard time it should take a person to complete a will, giving to the ones that are in the will. is there any way to get this person to complete this task. i\'ve been waiting on my sister to do this for 9 uears.

It typically takes me about a week to prepare a client's Will. However, if your question is how to force your sister to prepare her own Will, there is no way to do that. Consult with a local attorney.
