In the state of Ga., can a spouse write you out of their will entirely? if so is it legal for the same attorney to write both wills?

Yes and yes, but there are complexities such as years support that may bypass the will and allow one spouse to inherit anyway, depending on what is drafted.

By definition, your will is your expression of what property you want to go to whom. You can do it any way you want. Yes, the attorney can do both wills.
