my step daughter has vilated her court appointed duty to provide me with a finanical statement every 6 months for the last 3 1/2 years of my late husbands estate, can i apply to the court without hiring an attorney. i live on a limited income.

I am not understanding why you waited over 3 years to act, and that delay may hurt you - both legally and factually (money could have been misspent and be gone).

While you would be far better off with counsel, you do have a right to file pro se. If there is a court order requiring reports and none have been made, that should greatly concern a judge.

Your delay is a problem. Act before the problem worsens.
