Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
My step father changed his will just 5 days before he passed away from complications of cancer. He was receiving paliative care and I am convinced he wasn't of sound mind. The previous Will stated that my brother and his daughter were to be Executors but then was change before his death to just his daughter being sole executor. My mother died before him and in her will it states that my brother and her brother would be executors and she owned 50 percent of the estate. Her will was never probated. What if anything can be done, and was that legal?
