Does a per stirpes benefiaiary designation for an Individual Retirement Account limit the inheritance to only natural children, excluding adopted children?

I'd want to read the exact language, but in almost all circumstances adopted children are treated the same as natural ones in such cases. regardless, it's very bad practice to throw Latin around that way without additional language, and a well drafted beneficiary will include an explanation that deals with the issue.
