Can I sue 3 people who were named as executors of my grandfathers will for failing to notify me that my grandfather left me property for over 20 years

It depends -- would need more facts to give you a specific answer. Generally, executors of wills have an affirmative duty to notify all beneficiaries under a will/trust, etc. I strongly recommend that you consult a litigator who is familiar with estate and trusts issues to better determine your rights.
