is there a time limit for a benificury submit money payed to estate

Try reposting your question. It makes no sense. (Generally detail helps).
Beneficiaries get money from an estate, not the other way around. There are time limits to file claims if you are a creditor, but that depends on (a) if there is or is not a will; and (b) more importantly, whether a petition for probate was filed and if so, whether it was in common or solemn form.
When you re-post, we need to know who died, when, if he or she had a will and whether the will was ever probated. We also need to know what basic probate assets there were (house, car etc.), its value and if there were any claims filed.
Most estates are administered in 1-2 years, depending on what the deceased owned, how it was titled and if it was or was not a probate asset. Simpler estates take less time although there is still a waiting period after federal taxes are filed as they must be approved. More complex estates may take longer, especially if there are multiple properties or will challenges.
If you are a beneficiary and have not received an inheritance, you need to address the questions I posed.
