Having title of vehicle changed

My wife recently passed away suddenly. She had a loan for a vehicle in her name only. I want to sell this vehicle. How do I go about getting the title transferred to my name so I can accomplish this. The lien holder will not except the death certificate as proof because of the money owed. There was no power of attorney
