Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

I am trustee and PR of a trust in my mothers name. She has house in her name in Fla. which is free of any debt or liens that I would like to transfer to her trust and then subsequently sell. Will Fla require this to go through probate. Mike from Ga.

Repost this using a Florida zip code so Florida attorneys will see it. The way you posted only Georgia lawyers will and it is unlikely anyone licensed in Florida will see it.
