Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My uncle died last month and left me a house in his will. What do I need to do to change the deed into my name? What costs are associated with it, and how long does the process generally take? I'm located in Georgia.

Those are questions for a lawyer in the area (of the property), and not an anonymous website like this (or any website). No one here can possibly know all the necessary facts you left out and it would not even be appropriate to try to guide you through it anyway. As far as cost, the cost of screwing it up can be tremendous and last years to come.
