My uncle passed and then my aunt he was married. To im his niece can I see his will

Wills, if filed, are a matter of public record. Anyone can go to the courthouse where the estate is pending and see the file, which would include the will. But why do you assume that you would be included in his estate?

If he died with a will, then as I said, anyone can view it. If no will is filed and at least 30 days or more have passed, the executor can be compelled to file the will. It is a crime to conceal a will. Once you view it, you can then see if your uncle made you a beneficiary.

If there is no will, then your uncle's estate would have passed to his wife and any biological or adopted children of his (not step-children). Since he was married, the aunt would have got all or a piece and you would not be entitled to anything if there was no will.
