Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

we would like to update our wills

WE had a will made about 10 yrs ago i think, but my husband would like to update it and we dont have money to pay a lawyer again to update.

How can we update inexpensively.

Thank you.

P.s. we are members of aarp.org. but looked up legal stuff today and they want to charge us a fee , which we dont have.

Nothing could be more foolish and dangerous (and in the long term expensive) than to do-it-yourself.

Wills are not, unless complex, all that expensive. We presently usually charge a total of $250 for most husband-wife wills, and that also includes two free living wills along with the wills.

If you attempt one without a lawyer, not only may you revoke the one that you have, but you could be left with an invalid or less than optimal will.
