Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My wife died recently and left me through a POD, about 20k rom a checking and savings account, I have no children but she has 2 daughters. Myself and one daughter are executors. The only estate she has is the house that she left to us in thirds. Who will be responsible for any estate tax and I assume the probate court cannot touch the POD 20k left to me, right?

There's not enough information in your post to answer as you omitted the value of the house. If the house is worth under a couple million dollars there is generally no estate tax.

You should see a lawyer so the estate is properly probated.
