Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Wife is excutor of Mother-In-Law estate,her sister is filing and getting proceed

Mother in law died 7/15/02.Sister in law hide the will from my wife,who is the excutor of the will.She moved in with her father who is 84 y.o.a.,so that she could file on all of my m.i.l. insurance , bonds,c.d.'s ,etc.Now she & my wife are meeting with her attorney to go over a COPY of will,because no one knows where the orig.is.What can be done to have my sister in law locked up,are at least pay back the money shes stolen?
