Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My wife and I reside in Georgia. We have property in S.C. My wife is going to change her permanent residence and move to our residence in SC to save on county taxes, school taxes etc. Does she have to change her will and have a new will drawn up in SC?
