Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
will divided assets into 3 equal shares
grandmother passed away will states all assets divided three equal ways.the executor which is one of the three has charged 5% to divide moneys.is this legal in georgia? also the house in the will has a clear deed can the executor sell without the other 2 wishes.

Yes to both questions. Both are legal (and normal) unless the will specifies otherwise.
