Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

last will

my father pasted away last year.

In his will he stated that his girlfriend at the time ''live free for no less then 2 years'' the question is do my brothers and I have to pay her utilities ? the will is vauge it just states FREE, we think it was ment to be rent free.
