Re: which Will Form to use ?
There is no particular will form to be used. Every will should be tailored for each individual. If your estate has a value of more than $2 million, than I highly recommend estate planning to avoid costly estate taxes. If you are not married to your female friend, than she would receive nothing unless you stipulate otherwise in a will.

Re: which Will Form to use ?
You have too much at stake to rely on "bits and pieces" of advice in this type of forum. You should consult with a local attorney. If you would like to give me a call for a no cost consultation, please free to do so.
Re: which Will Form to use ?
You do not want to use a form, unless you want to guarantee problems. The small cost of having a lawyer do the will right is one you should spend. If you're near our office, feel free to call me at 404-768-3509 for an appointment.
