Will probate
My mom passed away. My grandfather passed away later.
Are my two brothers and I entitled to her part of his estate? If so should I have to sign any probate papers?

It depends on a number of different factors. Did he have a will? If he had a will who are the beneficiaries? If there was no will, are there other descendents?
