Last Will and Testament`

Hi, If you have written your will and singed it in the presence of witnesses and had them sign, is this will binding in the state of georgia?

If you wrote it, very possibly no, as you may not have met all the requirements a lawyer would know to meet (there is no way to answer without seeing the will). If a lawyer writes it, you won't need to worry. Given how little lawyers charge for wills, it would be highly foolish to risk doing it yourself.
