Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia
wills
All of my children are grown and married except for one. She is 24 and will need supervision all her life. Would the best decision be to leave everything to her in a trust? I am a widower. What options would I have?

Re: wills
I think either a trust or a guardianship would be your best options. Consult with a local attorney.

Re: wills
A trust, and specifically a special needs trust, would be the likeliest solution. You should consult an attorney knowledgeable in estate planning for dependent adults.
