Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My brother passed away in 2004 and left no will. Now as I am told Aires to his estate are: mom/dad and 4 sisters. What paperwork is necessary for all siblings to sign over all rights to mom/dad so that they can sale his property and benefit from the proceeds?

Depending on facts you did not post they must either do a No Admin. Necessary or a probate. A lawyer is highly recommended.
