i along with my sisters and brother

inherited a house and property.

i wan't to give my brother,my rights.

how can i do this?

You simply give your brother a quitclaim deed. I advise you to consult with a local attorney about this. It is not expensive.

execute a quitclaim deed. you will need the legal description of the property, which can be found on the deed to the person from whom you inherited the property.

You should consult an attorney to prepare the deed.
