Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

My husband is dying and we dont have a will. We dont have much $ , no trust funds etc. Our kids are grown and no one else will contest. Question is if I do a will from a online form and get it witnessed and noterized will it be legal in ga

You could not make a bigger legal mistake than to do a will without a lawyer. If you mess up, it could be an expensive disaster for your spouse. Since a husband and wife will through out office usually costs $250 total for both, risking disaster over that amount makes no sense. If you do write a will from an online form, and most are quite poor, you'd need to pay a lawyer to review and fix them, and that would cost more than doing it right.

It might be technically legal, but the question is "does it accomplish what you want". You should not attempt to do this yourself. Consult with an attorney.
