Wills - moving to a new state

Does a new will need to be drafted when moving from one state to another.

Not necessarily. Because you have to locate witnesses in order to probate sometimes and because real estate laws vary from state to state it is advisable to have an attorney review the will.

Generally, yes. A lawyer can review the old will and make that determination.

It is not required, but it might be advisable. You should have an attorney review the will to make that determination.
