Changing Employers

I'm under going treatment for an injury I recieved in Sept 2005. I recently got an offer for a new position with excetional pay and beninfits. If I accept how will this effect my claim?

If you are currently drawing workers' compensation benefits and you return to work earning less than you were when you got hurt, you may be entitled to wage loss benefits (tpd). However, if you are earning more with the new job, then you are not entitled to indemnity benefits. Either way, you are still entitled to medical care. Additionally, if you receive a disability rating from your physician, you will be entitled to permanent partial disability benefits (ppd).
