Am I still entitled?
I am having trouble with my wrists and my primary doctor said it sounds like carpel tunel. If you are terminated after the doctor starts treatment are you able to go back to that company to file a WC claim?

Yes. You can file a claim at any time within one year from your date of accident. However, in a carpal tunnel case, we always face the question of when was the true "date of accident." In most cases, we use the date that the problem was diagnosed or the last date of employment. You will want to make sure that you give your employer notice of the injury within 30 days of the point you discovered the injury.
