Workers' compensation income benefits are not owed for the first seven calendar days of incapacity resulting from an injury, provided however, that, if an employee is incapacitated for 21 consecutive days following an injury, compensation shall be paid for the first seven calendar days of incapacity.

If the doctor put you on light duty restrictions beyond the four days, and you were unable to work because your employer could not give you a job with those restrictions, then you are likely entitled to income benefits if you were out of work more than seven days.
