Legal Question in Workers Comp in Georgia

iam in to much pain to return to work on workman's comp. DR. return me back on light duty so i have been calling out what can i do. DR. refered me to physical therapy twice a week for 4 week states if no improvement i will need MRI. he also gave me order not to drive due to numbness in my right foot there is no way i can stay at work due to pain and muscle spasms i have to take flexeril which makes me very sleepy.been on my job almost 30 years never been out for any thing like this i don't feel thiis is far.

The important question is not what you feel is fair but what your lawyer says. Since you have a disputed worker's compensation case, you should already have a worker's comp lawyer working for you.
