Pre-Existing Injury
I have injured my back in the past. It is fine now except for some occasional stiffness. If I were to reinjure my back on the job would I be eligible for workers comp?

Re: Pre-Existing Injury
Georgia law does cover pre-existing conditions. Therefore, if you reinjured your back and you became disabled as a result of the reinjury, you would be entitled to benefits.
