Re: workers comp

The insurance company looks at any past benefits/penalties they might owe you, any future income benefits, future medical benefits and the likely amount of your permanent partial disability rating. Each of these factors can be complicated to figure out. Feel free to contact me directly to discuss further. 404.758.5300

Re: workers comp

Your question is a good one. There are a number of factors that will go into determining the amount of the award, settlement, recovery, etc., but it is impossible to outline all of them without having more information about your case. For example, what are your restrictions, does your employer have light-duty work available, and what is your PPD rating?

I would be happy to speak with more, so please feel free to call me at 404.917.9174.

Thanks

Seth
