Hello, and thank you in advance! I paid a person $545.00 for a product, I have not received it. Is there a way I can contact the Police in Germany and press charges? She lives in:

I would expect you to have much better luck trying to get money back from ebay or PayPal. If you paid by credit card you may be able to dispute the charge. Have you tried those sources yet? The costs of trying to collect a debt in Germany very likely exceed the amount you lost.
