continuing medical and dental support

I was official divorced last year. She has yet to tell her eighteen year old son that I am not his biological father and she wants me to authorize receipt of an identification card for medical and dental benefits from the military so that he can stay in Germany until he is twenty-one. This way she does not have to pay for him to use these facilities. he is not my dependent.

So, your question is, precisely, what? Are you obligated to provide support for this eighteen year old person?

Better read your final decree of divorce again as it should have the answer.
