Legal Question in Family Law in Germany
pay for abortion
If i am pregnant and planning to have abortion in 2 days and the guy in germany responsible for this is not paying at least half of the expenses (total 455 dollars), is there any legal way to get money from him. I am 17 and he is 18. I live in U.S. California but he in Germany.

So, you bare no responsibility for this??? Likely nothing you can do. He may likely deny involvement and even if court would want to assist, without dna test, you may be out of luck.
