Forgery of passport by a German Company

A German company appointed me for employment in Kuwait. This company committed forgery using my passport (visa page 15). For the company's act of breach of visa term of the employment contract I was deported, after police torture for 3 months. Ther was no court trial.

I request legal help.

Can I sue the Embassy of Germany located in India/

In my opinion it should be possible to initiate legal proceedings in India against the Company.Kindly send full particulars with regard to the Company,details of the passport etc.
