Legal Question in International Law in Germany
German Property Question
My mother owns--name removed--piece of land in Germany and she lives here in Missouri we would like to have the beneficiary name changed to my dad instead of my brother how can we do this. Or even just add my dads name to it.

The German Law system works just different. There is no beneficiary. You must and can change the title of the property only by the Grundbuch Amt

If you are referring to the beneficiary of your mother's will, only she can change that.
