How can I get my brother to give my my leagal portion of my father's house. I am german but live in Florida. My father gave the house to my brother in 2004. After his death in April,2007 my brother refuses to give me my share. What can I do?

In which country your father lived and died, where is the property located? Did your father has a last will? These answers have to be precise to give you any advice.
