Legal Question in Personal Injury in Greece

Had accident Dec. 18,2008 at Crete, Greece slipped and fell off ramp leaving Plane. Olympic Airlines .Thought it would go away but now has complications.It was wittnessed but I never reported it to Airlines. Reason I was taking my husbands casket home for buriel, whole family waiting at airport. Olympic Airlines.Delays 8 hours at Athens airport all flights canceled due to weather conditions no flights in or out. My flight first to go to Herraklion Crete. The ramp rolled up to plane was wet and slippery. I was assisted off and the next couple sitting next to me carried my bag and lap top to the baggage claim. Hundreds of people witnessed my unability to stand at my husbands funeral and the whole 40 days my inability to even walk.

Look at the website for Olympic Airlines and find out where they handle all of their claims. They may have a provision where all of their claims are handled in Greek court, through arbitration, or in New York. I do not know. You should find that out and then contact a personal injury attorney.
