Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Greece

A friend of my has recieved word that her and her 3 children are the only living relatives and are entitled to an inheritence from her estranged husbands family. How and what is involved in claiming the inheritence and would she require a lawyer to obtain the inheritence?

Without having more information, it is impossible to say what is involved.

It would be prudent for your friend to engage an Australian lawyer.

Your note does not make it clear whether or not the estranged husband is alive - if he is alive I suspect he would have first claim to the estate.
