Legal Question in Criminal Law in Guam
Is it legal to imprision one for 6 months without indicting?
The only evidence in this case is having been named by a coconspiretor who has given three different statements. No chance has been given to disprove whichever statement is being used against me. Am currently detained and have not been indicted. Absolutely no other evidence has been presented and I am able to prove my whereabouts on the day in question. Help!
